The $35, $55 and $75 FamilyShare rate plans now use the 9pm clock
The early clock ( 6pm ) calling feature is now $10 for the prime and all mates (Feature code: OVTFS9_OP)
SAF and 911 is not included in the posted rate. Customers will be charged $6.95 for SAF and $0.75 for e9-1-1 for each user.
There is a $35 connection charge for each user who activates on the plan (prime and mates)
Eligibility Requirements
Rate plans must be activated with a minimum of 2 users (ie. 1 Prime and 1 Mate)
12, 24 and 36 month contract terms only
Hardware upgrades for 24 and 36 month contracts
Eligibility Exclusions
Customers on the new FamilyShare rate plans must add the NEW $15 V21 mate. The $25 V17 mate is not compatible
Customers on existing FamilyShare rate plans cannot add the NEW $15 V21 mate, they must add the existing $25 V17 mate
30 day rate plans are not eligible
