Eligibility Requirements  

  • Small Business/CORP/INDV/EPP account types  

Eligibility Exclusions  

  • Consumer account types (consumers who would like roaming still have the option of selecting Connect USA and Connect Florida ).

  • Prepaid

  • Mates – prime must have feature and mates can share

  • U.S. Roaming rate plans (i.e. Business North America, Digital North America)

  • All Analog rate plans  

Policies  

  • Subscribers must keep the roaming feature for a minimum of 1 month

  • Business RoamUSA features are not eligible for volume discounts.

  • Business RoamUSA features are available in Alaska and Hawaii however is excluded from the Caribbean , Mexico and Puerto Rico .
